COrolla, CArolla is a talk show host :-P

Sucks it’s a slushbox but it’s in otherwise great condition. NP.

I figure when it comes to matters of life/property, it’s not “snitching”.

I’ve lost two good friends to drunk drivers, I won’t hesitate to call 911 if I suspect someone is under the influence. I could not live with myself if I didn’t say something and later read they killed someone in a crash.

For me it’s the gaggle of methmobiles that roam from gravel turnout to gravel turnout, the ones that have upgraded from sleeping in a Geo Metro, but haven’t quite been able to get ahold of a methed-out RV of some kind.

Someone told me 03-05, but later digging backs up what you said, with the Jaguar mill being more reliable. Plus, didn’t the 07+ get more off-road goodies and a better transmission? Either way it would not be my daily, just an adventuremobile for inclement weather and traveling and such. But figure a Range Rover has

Hell, I’ve taken my Prius off road more than most of the Range Rovers around here! I really want to get a mid 2000s Range Rover and see how muddy I can get it, and then park it next to the clean ones at my work that are just used to take Braxton to Lacrosse practice :-P

One of the major arterial connecting roads in my city is closed for construction. Trucks are supposed to take the highway to the freeway and then to another highway, instead of the shortcut over the mountain because of the closed road, and the other roads are not wide enough for trucks. Yesterday on my drive home I

Toyota just needs to make that TRD special edition Camry available with a manual transmission and AWD.

Replace the Iron Duke with a V12 ;-)

Is it on both sides or just one? I’d think if it was on the same side as the driver, but only on that side, it would not be as big of a deal blind-spot wise as if it was on the passenger side, or on both sides.

black on black with off road goodies! https://build.landrover/21E1DEFE But since even the base $49k is about $45k over budget, it’ll have to exist only in my computer :-P

There is a guy in Portland who, story goes anyway, picked up a VW Cabriolet on the cheap because the covertible top was shredded. So out came all of the top mechanism and parts, and in its place in the back went a barbecue grill. It’s dubbed the “Cabby-Q” and one can find the build thread on VW Vortex by searching

it’s “buses”, you don’t need to double the S.

I heard that Freddy did though. Apparently there’s a movie about it?

I remember watching a football game with my dad and grandfather, probably 1988 or so, I can’t remember the date but I was 5 or so, so probably 87-88.. Anyway, they zoom in on this guy in the stands and he opens up his trenchcoat and his shirt had “Forty-Niners” on it, written out, well in between “Forty” and “Niners”

lol, this car is actually going back to my ex-wife because her car died and it’s just been parked since I upgraded my daily last year. It’s actually a great car aside from the oil consumption, my sister bought it at 235k and I did a a bunch of maintenance on it for her, and then she sold it to us with I think 255k on

I have a Corolla that used to use more oil than that, at 312k miles it’s still going strong, although I’ve gotten the oil consumption down to a quart or so every 800 miles instead of every 100! Also, I highly doubt anyone who is buying a car with 200k on it is going to assume it’s completely trouble-free!

That poor Jeep is pretty well boned by now, and even if they pull it out, it’s so salt water-soaked that it’s hard not to see a future for this thing that doesn’t involve a cloud of brown, rusty dust.
