That depends! Right now it’s completely clean :-P But sometimes it IS full of junk :-P

I did a clutch in a Metro once, didn’t even need an engine hoist to get the engine out. Sounded like an angry dirtbike when I mobbed it around the block with no exhaust. Few months after I did that, I got a Dodge truck with a Cummins diesel, did the math and figured out the Cummins had like 2 more ccs of displacement…
Ding I see with these though, is I don’t think one could get AWD with the manual :-(
I THINK it’s possible for one to order a Transit Connect with seats, as I HAVE seen them on the road with seats and windows, but I think it was one of those things that you had to special order it that way as most of the ones I’ve seen sitting on dealer lots were the cargo version.
I know the guy who bought that from the auction but not sure what happened to it. And that’s not the 2.2 prototype car, that one was a test mule for the OHV turbo engine they introduced in 1983, although that particular engine was fuel injected, not carbed like this one is. And, all of the EA81 turbo cars were 3 speed…
Ford kinda did this with the Transit Connect, they were built in Turkey, shipped here with seats and windows in them, and then they took the seats out and replaced the windows with metal panels.
Friend of mine had a early 90s Dodge Spirit and the key for it would start my Dodge truck.
This happened to my wife many years ago, she got into her blue Toyota Corolla, started it up, and then started looking around wondering who’s stuff was in her car when she realized to her horror that her car was parked next to it :-P
Grease needle goes a long way for bearings that you can’t get out or don’t have a seal for, at least in terms of some new grease being better than all old grease :-P
Probably would not be all that hard to stuff 4WD under it...
except it was a different pic, which I can’t find. Which means shaving numbers into back hair must be a thing....
I saw a picture once of a guy at a NASCAR race, with the number 3 shaved into his back hair.
Better yet import a Honda City and hope you can find one that has the Motocompo that folds up in the back :-P
This happened to a friend of mine. She was traveling to the eastern part of the state for Thanksgiving, through several snowy mountain passes, and said she wanted an SUV. When she got back she was showing me something in the car, and it was then that I realized that the 4Runner she had rented was 2WD.
Back in the late 90s my dad traveled to Fort Collins, Colorado on a business trip with a coworker who was originally from there. At the rental counter they were picking up the rental car when his coworker suggested they get the Explorer instead of the Crown Vic. Dad balked but the guy said “trust me” and so they got…
Best of luck with future endeavors :-) Side note, I have the same color of Corolla, albeit with different wheels :-P
The A10 is more of a gun with wings :-P
One thing you can do in the future, which I normally do when I’m throwing an engine together for the first time is “Static time” the distributor. Get the engine on #1 TDC compression as you described and install the dizzy with the rotor pointed at #1 and tighten, then rotate the engine so the pointer is at the desired…
Sounds like it’s faster than the CJ-2A :-P
Guy up the street from me when I lived in Corvallis had a 2nd gen RX-7, and an RX-4 wagon.
