Up until like a month ago my daily was a 99 with 310,000 miles on it. Good friend of mine bought it 6 or 7 years ago, and when she decided she needed something bigger she offered it to my wife and I for $1100 since my wife needed a new daily, and then when my Jetta went back to VW I bought her an Outback and started

I want to take the body of one of those, and drop it on a Marauder frame with a manual transmission ;-)

Pretty much a salvage title

Dealership in Portland (OR) has a S60R with a manual, reconstructed title though :-( I was drooling until I saw that LOL

Getting a Land Rover stuck is quite an achievement :-P

Yep, USA. Dunno if it’s been swapped or not, I’ve only ever seen a handful of manual Volvos outside of 240s :-P

I’d be happy if I could find a TRD supercharger for my base model Corolla :-P

Hey, I thought it was pretty interesting, write on Torch :-)

There was a company that I read about I think in Popular Mechanics that was developing an EV trailer, it had a pack of batteries and I think a diesel engine, along with room for cargo. It could extend the range of a Leaf to 700 miles IIRC, and it was something around $7500. Now, while that seems expensive, when you

Hit mrsharkey.com on the Internet Archive, was in the early 2000s or so, guy bought an electric Rabbit that was converted in the early 80s, had a 40 or so mile range. He got ahold of a diesel Rabbit shell, and basically built a trailer out of the nose of it that would push the EV, along with a remote throttle control.

Guy I used to work with had a Leaf, and he learned the hard way that when the car says it has one mile of range left, it pretty much means it has one mile of range left. Battery ran out as he crested a hill and he though, no bother, I’ll just put it in regen mode and coast down the hill and that should give me enough

*they’re :-P But I hear ya, every time I see someone use -’d instead of -ed (ex. Turbo’d) my inner grammar nazi screams :-P

Ya, I see it all the time. Last few generations didn’t pay attention in English class I guess.

Zotye USA is our second brand with HAAH having US distribution rights to sell their full range of SUVs. Zotye is one of the fastest growing car company’s in China and is a JV partner with Ford. The first model T600 SUV will arrive in the US September 2020.

I have a Corolla, not sure what an old one goes for but a new one by the time you pay all the taxes and BS is over $100k in Singapore...

They’d send him some LKQ lights and mirrors and a Maaco gift card :-P

There is a girl at my work with a manual 850 R wagon, I drool every time I see it.

Kinda looks like a GEM, only slightly less of a glorified golf cart.

It’s more of a way to honor him, he passed away 5 years ago and it was his favorite beer, I dunno what kind of wine he liked :-P

Just about any Asian grocery store will usually carry it, it’s typically in a cooler all by itself.
