I think the main issue is, as OP points out and you ignored, that the corroboration you smugly assume to exist in every one of these allegations is hardly the case all of the time. Please point out who, aside from Kater, has corroborated the allegation against Weiner?

You’re suggesting that any time a male denies having sexually harassed a female they are per se “deflecting” and do not deserve any redemption? What if (bear with me here) they did not actually do what they are alleged to have done?
