@zack10house: I agree with the fact that wearing your seatbelt is the safe, smart, responsible thing to do. I wear my seatbelt always. I do not think it is the government's place to make it legally obligatory by penalty of a fine.

I think some people should grow the f*ck up and be responsible parents.
