I did initially. I was five hours in and really thought about dropping it. Instead I just did story missions. No hunting, no bounties, not a single side activity, I don’t even think I bought new guns. I just mainlined the story, and I really enjoyed it for that.

People keep calling out how slow it is and that it’s like that on purpose to create immersion. However, the main way to interact with the world remains shooting. The police still treats you differently than anyone else. Raiders only get chased by police in scripted events. It still felt like a theme park, but a slow

I only found it to be a chore when trying to play it as a story driven game.

I mean, I’m not expecting every game to be capital-F fun, but this one seemed designed to actively discourage me from enjoying its gameplay. Doesn’t help that it would have been better if it was half the length. I hit about 30-40 hours in, reached a new chapter and looked up a walkthrough to see how many chapters were

Me. RDR is one of the best 2 or 3 games I’ve ever encountered in my 40+ years.

RDR2 made me quit after 3 hours. I’m still bitter about it.

I know I have many places to play RDR but hey Rockstar, could you release the first one on PC now? Highly doubt it but it’s the better one.

i wonder: has anyone else found this game to be a chore? i feel like it lost its magic really early on. struggling to circle back and finish it.

Yes, $30/hr is $60k/yr, that’s easy hourly calculations. I’ve been union before, I know how OT works. You’re seriously trying to claim the average worker gets an extra $30k/yr OT? The average worker? GTFO.

There is no planet where “$30/hr” is close to “$90k as the average pay”. You’re such an obvious shill it’s not even hard to refute your claims. That’s great, you don’t have a union looking out for you and are obviously very upset with those who do.

First off, dimwit, I do own a business. I’m the entire staff, but you can shove your condescending bullshit about your asserted “realities of business.” And my daddy was a Teamster, and I walked the picket line with him. So I’ve seen both sides, and I can clearly see you’re fulla shit.

Well for one, $30/hr is $60k/year...so it seems like you are full of shit.

it’s not labor’s fault that the vehicles are inferior. It’s the multi-million dollar “thought leaders” that say things like “Let’s resurrect the Blazer name but make it a boring crossover”

This...this isn’t a serious comment, right?

Lame canard. Nobody is getting paid $250,000 a year to sweep a GM factory floor, except maybe an employment agency which shelters the company from paying janitors UAW wages in return for subletting around minimum wage.

What about the execs who ran the company into bankruptcy, made a hash of electrification, and still get fat bonuses?

Funny, after misspelling hysterical, you’d think you’d be a little more reticent to post.

The Union has kept those workers solidly in the middle class, where they’ve been since the 50's, while the rest of us have had to endure wage stagnation with little or no recourse. But yeah, sure, they’re being spoiled brats.

UAW workers are being spoiled brats that don’t understand their jobs will be almost completely gone in 10 years time when GM/FoMoCo/FCA and everyone else start producing EVs.

The UAW is aware of the impact of EVs

“It costs money to run servers guys...”
Says CEO who spent a total of 200000$ in last ten years for running the game servers and took a 500000$ bonus last year and every year before that.
