I can't see enough details in the pictures to tell for sure if that's true but it is something to be aware of if you use it again. There are some specific details that can prove if a used U-Haul trailer is legit or not but the majority are not.

You didn't specify if it was yours or if you were borrowing it but that trailer was almost definitely stolen from U-Haul so keep that in mind next time you use it.
