John Glover was great as the Riddler. He brought that level of smarminess you’d expect from some guy who leaves actual decipherable clues to all his crimes because he thinks no one will get them.

Ansara arguably had the harder job as well. It’s one thing to voice a bad guy who’s just crazy and violent, but Mr Freeze had to make you feel sympathy as well as being intimidating. It’s a balancing act that Ansara achieved perfectly.
