Oh, definitely. I have faith in this show as well. And if the show goes that way… well I'll put my trust in the writers that it will be worth it.
It feels… i don't know… cheap. It feels like something a lesser show would do to add tension.

The thing about Justified, it doesn't matter which season you like best, whichever season you prefer is the correct choice.

Say what you will about Justified, but i don't think anybody can deny the power of watching Tim Olyphant and Walton Goggins in a scene together. One of the best pairings of two characters in any show ever.
