Just started The Underground Railroad which was this year's Pulitzer Prize winner for fiction.

Do you use liners? His basic complaint was the burned on junk after 6 hours of roasting in the oven.
I started it at 5 AM (just after I got up) and had my husband pull it out at 11. He dealt with the mess and wasn't happy about it.
This is why I want to get one. I made pulled pork in the oven. Took 6 hours and the roasting pan was a mess. But it was delicious…and easy.
