I approve the color. Np

Anything so far been a problem? I know alfas have a reputation for breaking but the 4C has a pretty simple interior and the engine and transmission aren’t specific to the 4C correct? I’d think that would help a bit for reliability. Anyway, it’s a really cool car, definitely on my short list in a few years (used as

lol finally someone at jalopnik that actually buys the cars we dont want to see go out of business. I bought a Veloster N recently (more in my budget) in small part because of this

The you have definitely never driven a Veloster N.

WRX is a sedan (and not a particularly good looking one imho), if it comes out fall on 2020 thats a full two years after the Veloster N launch, and lastly, have you ever driven a modern WRX? The rev hang is absolutely unbearable and its not exciting to drive. Especially when you pull up to next to an STI and realize

I love it, but damn it looks like it came out in 2005

I get the whole balanced argument, but I drove a Toyota 86 and then a Veloster N and the power difference was astounding. Especially since the BRZ (that I test drove) was nearly the same price. Even the GTI rabbit had a bit more punch.

24 year old, 1 prior accident and I pay like 250 will Allstate on a new veloster N. I really went all out on the bodily and liability and what not but still I’d be paying at least 220 without the beefed up add ons. Point is, insurance sucks ass when you’re a male in your twenties.

This may sound stupid (I know nothing of nuclear propulsion) but could this be used in outer space once a shuttle has left earth to get to say Pluto or some other planet faster or would you still be better off using the orbit slingshot method they use now? Just saying, an indefinite propulsion device for a satellite

this is kind off incredible how close you got the dialogue. Im genuinely amazed.

Easier said than done, you gotta swap the computer and have a shop code it as well with an s54 swap and it can be a huge pain. I looked into it back when I owned a 528i wagon. Most shops wont touch it and those that will dont come cheap.

47k-35k is a 12k difference.

I hope so, corvettes have always held value surprisingly well. I’m hoping the engine now being in the back makes all the old ones “uncool” for about 15 years.

If I can snag a 2019 corvette new for $47k, how the hell are 2014 corvettes with 80k miles listed at $35k?

I test drove a gti rabbit (in corn flower blue) and bought a blue veloster N a few months ago (I’m a single dude so seats weren’t a big deal to me). The Veloster N blew it away on the road and for fun engaging driving. The interior of the gti was nicer, but the infotainment screen on the Hyundai is 5 years ahead of

Awesome, now instead of honking at people texting at stoplights, I can Honk at people watching Netflix...

I agree, reminds me of the Lexus LFA. No one ever gets to see one in public and only car people know about it.

id be okay with like a 300 hp all electric Evora. Basically a new tesla roadster I suppose

maybe not, but if you can wait 8 months and have a custom order, thats the way to go. Usually options dont help a car retain its value, so it would be worth it for me.

The Supra interior is perfect. Clearly driver focused but not so overdone. I actually like the corvette c8 interior because I’d rather them go overboard driver focused than make an interior like everyone else. A tad toned down like the Supra would be ideal though.
