I saw a Porsche 912 on Craigslist in 2012 for $13,000 in Austin, Texas. Unfortunately I was a freshman in college and couldn’t buy it. Couldn’t convince anyone in my family either. That price on that 912 still keeps me up at night. The profit margin now could have put me through 2 years at UT.

I’d think entry level you could get into a supra or z4 under 50k (2016 money) fairly easily in their time. But for 60-80k in 2016 I think most people would go for the corvette…

I’d rather they replace the Z4 than the Z8. The Z8 is beautiful and very cool. Maybe even the ultimate roadster. But I’m not paying 200k for the ultimate roadster.
