This definitely depends on where you live. I live in Toronto, where tattoos, piercings, brightly coloured hair on women, and long hair on men doesn’t even draw a second look. It isn’t unusual to meet lawyers or finance people with full sleeve tattoos.

To be fair, judges are notorious for struggling with alcoholism.

Even after I’d had sex, for years they had to use the child sized speculum on me. My doctor commented once that I was the only patient he used that tool on that didn’t make him want to cry. :(

I dislocated my shoulder once. When the nurse walked into the room she asked me to rate my pain on a scale of one to ten. I answered two. She laughed and said, “Oh, it’ll be far worse when I relocate it.”

Nah, sexual orientation has nothing to do with it. A queer cis-man can also be a cross dresser. Gender (or gender expression) and sexuality are different spectrums.

Yeah, I’m with you. Transvestite is an outdated word for a cross dresser.

I would so hard, and I am not ashamed to admit it.

It truly sucks that you had that experience. If you are a Toronto resident, I would totally hang out with you. :P

Fortunately, I’m childfree. I also had the ‘will we fuck other people’ discussion before I made a long term commitment to my partner. I am definitely not into monogamy (I am not monogamous myself) but I think that cheating is truly shitty. If you make a promise, keep it.

Exactly. If you want to have sex with other people, talk to your partner about it. If they say that they aren’t comfortable with that and you want to do it anyway, break up with them like a damn grown-up. Monogamy isn’t the only way to have a relationship, but if you have agreed to be monogamous with your partner

I’d just like to comment that it can get better. For many years, I suffered through very painful intercourse with several partners and avoided sex for many years after that before figuring sex out. I’m not sure what changed, but I am 99% sure it was a psychological change rather than a physical one.

It was two skeletons, and they were ethnically Chinese. There is no way to know whether they were born in the area or had travelled from Asia.

It isn’t.

I read this book a couple of years ago and I would describe it as aggressively mediocre. I imagine the film will be more of the same.

He looks like a cat.

Whatever, both of those models have terrible feet, one of them is just more bad than the other.

I have dermagraphism and that would give me a very itchy all-over rash.

It depends on how heavy I’ve been lifting at the gym. If it hurts to bend over, I’m not washing (or shaving) my fucking legs.

I have this conversation a lot about my own relationship.

Hah! Home births are pretty safe in any developed country except the US.
