Thats the thing: these Gig-economy employers don’t tell their eager new hires about any of this. There is no manual, there are no guides. China isn’t socialist in the slightest. They can call themselves socialists or communisits all they like, but neither their government nor their economic system is actually socialist / communist in any way other than name.

Except here, the “shouted down senator” is China and the people doing the shouting are the HK Protesters. What China is doing is akin to that senator coming back into the auditorium with masses of Military Police and arresting everyone because “he was afraid for his life”. 

Simple: The capitalism stops when people call Xi Jinping “winnie the pooh” And they’re not really communist either... totalitarian capitalist.  Basically a modern version of the emperor days.  They can call themselves communist all they want but there’s no communal sharing for the good of all happening here. 

Right - and it totally shows their hypocrisy. They are voting for exactly the same sort of suppression of speech here in the USA.

So if  OJ were to be asked to come in to speak about how to live a good life and be true to your married partner, people should quietly welcome him in and listen?
