Gun Control is about limiting access to guns to the people who can responsibly use them.

So, in the 1700's, because nobody had body armor, and any particular gun was at the top of its technology chain owning a gun was a tool…

Without access to a gun, how would he have shot people? It’s really pretty simple equation.

Its easy to understand.  He had a psychotic episode - what modularity his psychotic break took is unknown. 

Universal, Free Healthcare to the same level as the 1% get might very well have helped this young man (as well as others) get the help they need... and the tragedy would be averted and a life guided.

They sure do love them some Trump, though. And they certainly vote. And they don’t vote democratic. 

Too bad Ben isn’t a smart person, or he’d realize he’s in a lion’s den and he’s throwing out all the tasty meat. Sooner or later a lion is going to decide to eat the thing throwing out the red meat, ‘cos it might be tasty! 

The “nothing got done” part is all due to sneaky riders and clauses and political tomfoolery. While there is certainly compromises that both sides need to make, the way they play their political games are what sink these bills. Problem is, why do the democrats have to do the compromise?

AS opposed to all the right wing articles and twitter feeds and youtube videos that espouse.... what? Oh right, racism, hatred, etc.

Let’s throw legal asylum seekers in cages with no water and no escape. Even for those who say “I want to go home”.. haha you think they get released? Hell no.

Ridiculous. She would at best have been a lame duck because Congress would have barred every single legislation she made, and probably would have overridden every veto she made. Let’s not pretend that Hillary would have been Destroyer Of Worlds. Trump is doing that fine on his own.

Let’s instead elect people who love corporations, hate health care, hate poor people, hate the environment, hate abortion, love guns, love death, hate everyone not whitey, and think Noah’s Ark is an actual, real thing that actually happened.  

They killed people for the same reason. If you compare full left wing vs full right wing diatribes you will see that they essentially are saying the exact same text, simply swapping out the political alignment and using that as “proof”.

That much is true - however the article still has the core of truth. Perhaps the problem is Social Media and The Internet as it allows maniacs from every thought process to revel in their own echo chamber, resulting in tragedy like this.
