I would celebrate, but I haz a sad for the circumstances.
It is my fervent belief that any story about taxes, personal or corporate, needs context. The system is so freaking complicated that context will at least tell more of the story. Are we supposed to be up in arms about this fact? Are we supposed to overjoyed that Michigan is receiving a nice bit of revenue?
