My old, now deceased, cat who had kidney failure absolutely LOVED his fancy water fountain! Highly recommended A++++ would buy again. Not to hijack a hoarder thread, but if your cat has kidney failure or is starting to and needs to drink more water, a ceramic water fountain is absolutely the way to go. Cats love ‘em.

My mom and I do that with my elderly aunt, whose house is neat as a pin but whose basement is something else entirely. When my mom comes to visit her spinster sister, they’ll go into the basement to look for things to give to me, since “I’m in need”. (I’m not in need.)

If you live in MI, then I’m going to wonder if you’re my cousin-in-law. You sound and write just like him.

I saw that! I read a little further down in this post, went to his profile and followed the breadcrumbs and voila! His FB is still public. I mean...huh? So I guess now I’ve ‘doxxed’ him too. As a matter of fact, since I live [in a close enough radius] I could take a little drive and go visit! Except that would be

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ....yeah no, that’s not doxxing.

What? He’s not going to be dead by August. It’s chronic but not that chronic. I can go back into my discussions with him to figure out what it was, but we talked about it.

I can’t stop laughing at this. I love your co-worker. He is my spirit animal.

Right. NEVER SWIPE. Also, don’t ask! Let them initiate the “keep swiping!” talk if they want you to keep swiping. Look at the picture, smile, gasp, react, whatever, then hand the phone back.

I have had to help my parents clean their computer up so many times. My mom never knows “how all those viruses get on there!” One time my dad accidentally changed the home page to a porn site (of course he did), and I had to switch it back to Google. My mom blames the “virus companies” because of course she does.

Girl (or dude), I feel you. I’m originally from NC, now living in Chicago, and three of my lily-white friends have checked in as safe on FB. I mean, DUH. Duh! Two of them have posted that they are either ‘disgusted’ or ‘sad’ about the, ahem, riots, so yeah, they are nowhere near the protests.

Hey! Heeeeeeeeeyyyyyy! Chicago here!

I guess what I’m confused about in this whole mess, is that if Mr. Scott wasn’t the man who was being served the warrant, why were the police even looking his way in the first place? Why not let him be? To me (an admittedly white woman), this makes zero sense.

I’m white, so no. However if you are a black person it’s a whole ‘nother world.

It’s why I always put on primer before I put on my foundation in the mornings. HD, man, it shows all the pores.

I have never been so happy in all my life to have aged out of a marketing demographic (I’m 42).

And didn’t I just read in a tabloid that they attempted to reconnect through a jungle romance ritual? Let me try to find it, I think it was in OK magazine, which I subscribe to, so it wasn’t online...

Thinking back to high school where I mostly obeyed authority, if some Old Person (teacher) demanded that I “do their hair” or even had to touch them in some way that wasn’t say, drama class related (I wasn’t in drama class), or gym class or you know, reasonable, I would NOT DO THAT THING HELL NAW.

In 11th and 12th grade AP History (this was in 1991 and 1992 because I am middle aged now), our teacher used to tell us constantly that we were rats in a cage, scuttling around from bell to bell and that it never got better in life. We all ignored him because he was a fool! Obviously we were stuck in school now,

Yep, basically right now I’m voting for “Democrat” I figure. Sort it out in November.

I am adopted (41 years old, so it was closed adoption way back in the day), and signed up on 23andme in the hopes that I would find a close relative! No such luck so far. I’m too lazy to hire a private detective and do the snooping around in court records or whatever it takes. I was thinking to myself, “wow, wouldn’t
