From what I'm told in my office the unions stop it. Everytime they try and use pre bent rebar on a job in NYC the unions fight to stop it. to "Protect our jobs" never mind the cost, time, and unneeded risk.

I am. I have the 60 dollar unlited talk and text plan from AT&T. The only downside is AT&T. I think If i had the iphone id be even more annoyed with it for not working for talk, text and web as often as it should. If i can have a cheaper plan on verizon sans contract Id be there in a sec!
