Of course Will did not remove the bug. And why would he want to do so anyway? Whoever placed the bug (or ordered it placed) is the one who doesn't want it to be discovered, and the one who removed it (or had it removed). Quite scary they can work so fast and probably knew the FBI raid was coming before it arrived.
