The Tesla 3 backup key is just a credit card sized card. Easy to fit in the wallet or purse. All the folks I know with Teslas (mostly male engineers) keep the spare on them.

Its weird. In order to even get logged out of the app you need to go through a menu so it never just happens. Even rebooting your phone still lets you into the app without relogging.

So they were using the unlock feature of the app and not the bluetooth pairing to unlock?

If only there was something else you could carry around with you to unlock and start a car with.....

Or if they drop the price by $10k. I’m not about to pay Model 3 prices for an electric Honda Fit.

I don’t think Elon’s worried about the base model 3 being slightly out-ranged by the Chevy Bolt.

It’s not going to suddenly make people flock to the Bolt.

Look the bolt isn’t bad but the biggest problem is the seats.  They need to be better.  Every review says they suck and I can confirm from a test drive that they are right.  Fix the seats Chevy.

They’re just a smidgen bigger than a Honda Fit, though I personally feel they have more interior space than the Fit because the hood section is shorter.

I fear I would choose AWD and the Supercharger network over the Bolt’s superior user interface.  At least until I die in a crash while trying to figure out how to turn on the windshield wipers.
