I love it. The interior is gorgeous.

The gloss black on the center console in my CX-5 is my least favorite part an otherwise great interior, it does it all! Easily smudges, easily scratches, and has plenty of glare! A little wood, faux or real, imitation or real aluminum, or even just non-gloss black would be far better.

It looks good? I don’t get it. How is this worse than baby shit brown?

Purple is my favorite color, and while I’m not wild about the interior, the exterior is glorious. I’m sick to death of all the black/grey/silver/white you see pretty much everywhere. It’s time for car makers to go bold.

The wood trim on this Equator reminds me of the printed wood-look material on the current CR-V. It won’t fool anybody, but it’s pleasant enough to look at and isn’t glossy.

I see nothing ugly about this. A mid-size three row FWD SUV is what’s hot in the Chinese market right now. The design touches, including the purple and white, actually cater to popular Chinese tastes.

Are you fucking insane? That purple is gorgeous! Sure, it may not be for everyone. But still, all the complaining this site has done about the lack of colors available on the market, and you come out here stumping for BEIGE!? Someone get this guy a banker’s box so he can pack his shit.

Having driven both I can tell you dynamically they feel different. However if you’re sitting in a Supra, it definitely feels like you’re inside a BMW.
