The LS was a great car when new...and the styling has aged extremely well. Unfortunately yeah...might have just driven straight from the sales lot to the service dept and saved a few miles and tows in between. I still like the LS but god damn were they a steaming garbage pile when it came to reliability.

Parking related tip if you ever have to valet(like in a major city without self parking options)-

I don’t mind the car actually. I don’t like the wrap and I don’t like the price.  But checking Cars.com, the price is actually good for this vehicle (assuming what is under the wrap is good).   But still $10k for a 18 year old Ford seems rich to me.  I would rather spend $10k on Ford Convertible, I can get a 10+ year…

As a late teen/early 20s person about a decade ago, I was convinced I wanted a gently used LS because they seemed like such a great deal on the used market. Then I read repair horror stories. 

I assume my staff will handle this, it’s what they are paid to do. 

The yellow sucks. All the ones I’ve seen (including the pristine one my FIL has) the yellow interior does not match the exterior yellow. They either used cheap paint or cheap plastic as the UV rays at this point have faded it. With the top down it looks like someone wearing blue socks with black pants. Or, like…

You couldn’t pay ME to own this - *source* owned a Lincoln LS (same car).  No parts available, crap ECM, crap VVT, crap Trans, crap BCM.  Nice chassis and suspension, but THERE’S NO PARTS for what breaks or wears out.  Kill this soul sucking money dumpster with fire.

If nothing else, why would you apply a wrap to change the color from black to also black? Black last gen T-Birds always looked like squished fleet sale Town Cars to me.

WHY do people do shit like this? Without the wrap and the other stupid crap, it might be worth the asking price. This way? Nope.
