100% agree. My first car was a ‘98 sedan and I drove it back to back with a ‘03 sedan and it was night and day. Never been super on board with the RSX either...
Counterpoint: ‘96-’00 was the best generation of Civic because they were the last to be truly light flickable cars. In ‘01 they got slightly fatter, slightly safer, and lost the great suspension and low nose for macpherson struts and pedestrian safety.

Well thats another part of how the keep the wool over the eyes of the masses — keep the credit markets loose so people can get financed and live on the illusion that they arent poor. So long as people can eat and drive around in something not entirely crappy, they wont care enough to see that everythng is being stolen…
