Rats! Foiled Again!

I live in a pretty small town in TX, and not to disparage women drivers ro fellow Texans, but in the past week I have seen 3 women driving along in their new Mercedes SUVs (still on dealer temp tags) holding their phones up like plates, obviously talking on speakerphones.
