The Play: 1 price is not really a discount since they already announced that once the new speaker comes out the Play 1 will drop to $15o. So please, no one buy it now.

I read it as he ordered them from Nintendo at no cost by saying they needed them for testing or something, but then just sold them instead.

They have some for the trucks and some for their normal orders. They’re not shipping normal preorders to the trucks instead.

Yup, another post by a game journalism site advocating piracy.

Why are you shitting on the NES classic? A ton of the games on there are worth playing and haven’t aged a bit. Metroid, Zelda, Zelda 2, All the SMBs, Castlevania 2, Super C, All those are good.

So my house actually has shiplap sheathing all over the place.* It looks AMAZING but mostly because it’s 85 years old. What they put up and paint white is not even “true” shiplap.

This is a feature, not a bug. Bain Capital (and their ilk) make money by buying companies that are in decent standing, loading them with debt, then paying back investors while bankrupting the company.

Solution: Wired headphones.

That link is to a random ebay seller called “manhattanproducts” which has some negative feedback where some talk about possible refurbs. At best this stuff fell off a truck (or maybe was “found” during the hurricanes?).

Why does Bludo keep his painkillers in an abandoned mine?

There was an unmasked rey in wave 1 of the figures, the masked one was in wave 1 of the vehicles.

The only reason this song is breaking those old records is that radio is dying and single sales are way down. Most people stream music nowadays and with everything genre’d into 5 zillion individual Pandora stations, the few people listening to “pop” radio are much more homogenized.

Oh for F’s sake. Lego has *always* had sets like this and they have had licensed sets (Shell, Ferrari) for almost as long as they’ve been selling plastic bricks.

It came from the online presence of the alt-right specifically to disguise the “fascism” part of it. So they can say “antifa attacked us, boo hoo hoo” because “antifa” sounds scarier than “anti-fascism”

FFS. You don’t cover “a level” you cover the music for a level. Please fix the damn headline.

I said this up the thread, but if you actually have SMB in box at all its pretty rare. Most SMBs were packed in with the NES and didn’t have boxes. Very few were released at retail as a standalone cart

Loose SMB goes for more than SMB/DH, but not by much, it was packed in with early NES systems. The big kicker here is the pack in ones don’t have a box.

Its also important to note that this printing of the game is actually reasonably rare. Sure SMB was included with a ton of Nintendo NES systems, but those didn’t have boxes. The super common version is the one on the combo cart with Duck Hunt. So this version was barely ever available at retail as a one off cart.

More than likely Nintendo yelled at them
