As I’ve said on other threads this has popped up on throughout the day, it’s one big pile of “Meh”

I know it’s unlike I’ll ever be able to afford one, however even if I could I doubt this would be on my radar. It’s too understated, and looks like something (on the exterior) that could be the next Chrysler Aspen, not a

Likewise, I have absolutely no desire to own one of these, and I love mid sized trucks. Last thing I want is VW reliability (Ha!) and maintenance on a pickup.

It was cracked, not fully closed. That makes it much easier to break than one supported on all sides.

The front end of this looks like something Genesis may come out with, a caricature of an S Class. I’m sure the interior and build quality will be amazing, but it doesn’t look like a $200,000 car.

All of them, yes even that one.

I seriously have no plans to buy a car in 2018, but if I did. I’d want either a full size pickup. I have the most wheel time behind modern F150's but I’d be willing to try a GM brand or nicely optioned Ram.

Dear god they have 1989 Jaguar XJS v12. I feel very sorry for whoever buys that on time.

BUX = Built-Up Export

The Sport Grille option is nothing new, they’ve been offering that as an option on their sedans for decades. I personally have no problem with it, just like I don’t have a problem with the Leaper & Growler switching places on Jaguar’s.

Probably going to catch flack for this, but I got a Logitech G25 years ago that is still holding up fantastically, paid $200 for it and got metal petals, leather wrapped wheel, steel paddles, and *gasp* a actual 6 speed manual shifter. I know Thrustmaster makes good products, but I can in no way justify $800 for that,

Every so often Jalopnik gives us diamonds. In the sea of Demon, Telsa, Politics and other bubble gum topics, we get a truly humanizing and intriguing story. This is a diamond, and I hope we see more of them.

Shops around me *DC Metro area* want around $500-750 for a ‘quality’ whole car PlastiDip treatment, and the norm seems to be $75-100 for a set of 4 wheels. I eventually will get my balding beater truck done and have been pricing out various places vs. attempting it myself. Prices obviously will vary depending on the

One of my fav episodes, so so so true. lol

This ladies and gentlemen is what you call “trolling” and by the looks of the replies, he did a rather good job.

You’ll have to forgive me if this has already been posted, but I didn’t see it in the few pages of comments I went through.

This is the closest ghost track to me, located in Washington, D.C.

Not that I have a bias or anything ( I totally do) but 60k will get you in to lightly used Jaguar territory without issue. Contrary to popular belief they are reliable and can be had with long warranties. I put 20k/mi a year on mine (XF), which is 6 years old and have little to no issues with it.

My suggestion: 5.0L

I have not scrolled through all the comments so forgive me if this has been posted, but I’m surprised Planet Coaster didn’t make the list. It may not be cinematic but it’s extremely good for the type of game it covers. Much like Jerry Martin’s Sim’s & Sim City 2k,3k, and 4 were.

Jim Guthrie’s score for this imho was

Whelp, time to go out to the garage and hug R107. lol

Yep, and I’m not going to argue that (nor was I) - I still plan to eventually own either a Model S or a Model 3, but the truth remains LiPo fires are among the worst.

Except in this case that didn’t happen. The passenger was in the burning vehicle for 10min before it was extinguished, it taking another 10 min after that to get her out. She later died at the hospital.
