Wagons

I have been considering trading in my Jaguar for a 2016 Focus RS, I think I have made up my mind on what options I want. Where do I sign, Ford?

Thoughts that cross my mind.
- I love that interior.
- Visibility? Who needs that?
- Monopost seats need to become more mainstream.
- I need this in my life.

This reminds me of the interiors of the first generation F150 King Ranch trucks. The seats and other surfaces were suede and looked absolutely amazing.. when new. Sad fact of the matter is though they only stayed that way for a little while before they looked like some sort of petri disaster that you’d be afraid to

As an architect who considers Saarinen one of my personal favorite architects this makes me happy, hell it makes my day. Today’s air travel will never again be as elegant as it was back then, it can’t due to the sheer number of travelers that pass through a terminal. Seeing this converted to a hotel makes the most

Why a 1953 Mercury Montery of course!

As an owner of a 2010 XF I do have some questions:

1) Infotainment, how fast is it, what features are there, how does it compare to some of the other systems out there? UConnect, Audi’s, Android’s, Sync, Etc

2) Fuel economy with the 380hp v6, the older generations have a NA 385hp v8 and average about 17/25 or so with

I absolutely loved the keypad when I had my Explorer. As you said, I could hide my keys inside when I went for a run or didn’t feel like bothering with my keys while doing errands. Made life SO much easier. Here’s the thing though, FoMoCo wasn’t the only one to do the keypad, Nissan did it for a while on the Maxima.

Our Metro system has many, many, many flaws, but the design of our underground stations are not one of them. Take NYC or any of the older subway systems around the world, and you’ll quickly see the advantages to our stations. The columnless design in the main barrel and the super high ceilings just make it a better

*Cough* I’ll just leave this here. Surround sound or headphones suggested.

I don't even want to fathom the maintenance costs on a 9 year old AMG. The cost of entry may be low, and the car may have been well kept, but that won't stop a top level Mercedes from behaving like a top level Mercedes.

One of the beautiful things about the NA 5.0 v8 in the previous XF was the sheer amount of torque available at such a low RPM range, not to mention the growl that engine has. It’s one of my favorite characteristics of mine. That being said, the 340hp v6 and the 380hp v6 options are more than ample for a car this size.

Tata enabled Jaguar to bring us the F-Type, and Land Rover to bring us the Evogue. If Tata can do that, and do it well, I have full faith that Mahindra could pull that off with Pininafrina.

Interesting seeing the comments on this. I am not a fan of the XE's tail lights, and I can see that language being carried over to the XF here. The interior in the photos probably does not do it justice, however we'll have to see in person. I recently purchased a 2010 XF, and I can say that the interior pictures for

My Jag is trying to be as typical Jaguar as it can be, however it has a long way to go to catch up to my most unreliable vehicles. The current winner is my 86' 560SL. Yes this thing is built like a tank, and yes certain aspects of it are vastly over-engineered and bullet proof. However other parts are made of fairy

Random Trivia:
This aircraft is owned by the same company (International Air Response) that flew the C130 in the infamous Dark Knight Rises airplane hijack scene, same livery and all. The tail number for DKR was N121TG, however this is N119TG. (Sigh I am always in the gray lol)

While the Corolla is a strong contender for the most ordinary car of the century, with the Taurus and GEO Prism in the running for the most ordinary car of the 90's, I think consideration should be given to the 90's Toyota Camry:

Pleasantly boring and just techie/masculine enough for those who don't want a RX350. That interior though looks no better (luxurious) than the new Pilot, should have chosen a different trim or color for those press photos. Meh.
