Although the fact that he apparently didn't merit mentioning in the review has me worried.

Got it. So there's even more of a shot than I thought.
I thought it was Surak, but I wasn't 100% sure and, late at night, my brain wasn't thinking of where to go to look it up (I had only read that portion of the reference book at a con, hadn't actually bought it).
Is it any good? I'm always on a time lag when it comes to new pop music.
Muchas gracias.
In one of the more recent Star Trek reference books, there's an explanation that the Vulcans were originally a highly emotional and destructive race. It was only thanks to the teachings of a highly respected Vulcan that the Vulcans turned to the practice of suppressing emotion and basing it entirely on logic. Those…
Possible, if he got express written consent from the Department of Silly Walks.
The main difference for most of the Marvel films is that they still can tell pretty self-contained stories that only have some extra stuff on the fringes. This sounds like it's trying to put everything front and center.
Very true. Still, I'd like a nomination at least, as even that would hopefully be helpful in putting him on people's radars some more.
I mean, of course. That's probably going to be the biggest twist of the entire film.

I like to try to watch trailers for as much upcoming releases as possible, even the very smallest, and for films coming out in November, there seemed to be about three or four with The Guardian giving it four stars. Felt a bit much.
It's a title that originates from the books/mention in the films and is a textbook that describes magical creatures. There was also a book published with that title that's done in the style of the in-universe textbook. I remember liking it when I was younger, but haven't read it for a good long while.
Other than a few scattered bits here and there, they are nowhere near as gloomy as the other YA franchises out there.
Seems like this is going to be a good year for me crying or nearly crying at the movies. The documentary Tower just had me completely in tears by the end.
