I’ll never understand why they have “smoothing” or something like it on by default and there is no way to turn it off when you connect to the TV. There is no pixel perfect option. Why? The fact they released different versions showed they had plenty of time to fix it. SNK chooses to be lazy and it’s a shame.

Paul has been responding to concerns on twitter. Not sure when the game was last patched, but DLC and the such will be playable offline.

This is why I hate when games lock content behind online requirements. They should patch the game one last time to unlock all the online cars for everyone, but I know they won’t.

I hope for the Nintendo games, the Japanese versions are available. The Japanese version of Contra is way better than the US version. Cutscenes, additional animations in the background, map, etc.
