My favorite name (or rather epithet) is the full name of Capitoline Jupiter: The Romans call him Jupiter Optimus Maximus. Everytime I see this name mentioned (I'm a Classicist), I imagine Jupiter yelling out "Olympians, roll out"

His name also means Lord of Men. I love Greek names like Hipponax (Horse Lord), and Alexander (Defender of Man), especially when they did the opposite of what their names intended. E.g. Paris true name was Alexander, but you know what happened to that guy.
