I think the main problem with Sniper was that he was kinda OP in the beta around 2011-2012, so they tried to 'adjust' him so scrubs won't keep picking him. And then there were a series of changes up to the latest update this past month, mostly affecting his "headshot" skill. I feel like the developers had no idea what…

Ugh, kinda. There are ways around it, and you cannot play Sniper as a "right-click" hero....not till really late, heavily geared sniper. But now, I can't even mini stun my enemies, it's like he's extra sucky, if that's even a thing.
