Yes. Dazzlers. They've been in use in Iraq for the last 6 years or so. They only cause temporary disorientation and blindness, not seizures though.

Not in the military, but from what I've been told after Basic you'll have plenty of time to play all the games you want when you aren't running drills. :)

Out of curiousity, went and checked out the ears on youtube. Pretty damn cute concepts. Unfortunately only adorable attractive asian girls are able to pull this off, imo. Everybody else just looks silly.
