Time to pick up Dark Souls and Dragon's Dogma it sounds like!

I'm 30, grew up with all those cartoons you mentioned, and watching Adventure Time is like taking my wacky imagination from my childhood and making a animated show out of it.

I might pick this up when it comes down in price. I was impressed by the characters/level designs moreso than the actual gameplay.

Couple months ago I was playing XIV, admiring its beautiful weather effects but sad that elementals don't show up :(

Not really surprising seeing as how FFXI pulled SE out of bankruptcy from all the money they sunk into Spirits Within.

I'm just glad Sorin and his goddamn vampires aren't in this one (yet).

This is surprising to no one, as they've done this with all the previous DotP releases.

Oh my, so romantic. :| Such a lucky lady. But then again, she accepted, so its not like she cares as long as he's paying her bills.

Its because they wanted players from FFXI to migrate to FFXIV and feel like they didn't leave their character(s) behind.

There is no best, its all about what you prefer in terms of gameplay and style.

Good to know. I always think about getting back into WoW at some point, but I always lose interest when I remember how god awful the 'vanilla' races character models are.

Same. I had never heard of Berserk until I played the Dreamcast game, which only prompted me into learning more about it.

Its funny (imo), between 5 and 10 years ago jiggling boobs and scantily clad women would interest me in relation to the art design of a game (TERA). Now, I just think it's silly.

Yeah, rabies is basically a rage virus. It would actually be more of a serious problem if the infected's brains didn't deteriorate from the damn thing.

Crazy. The purple lighting/carpet along with the quality of the footage make it look surreal.

I've never bought a racing game that wasn't zero-g racing.

Same way TERA online does it.

Eh. Just looks like Virtual On with Gundams. Not that I wouldn't play it....

I did at first, but they did a really good job with Isaac in DS2 I felt.

Interesting read, if a bit sad. :(
