You have no idea what can break someone’s budget, and no right to speak for them. None of this excuses this jerk’s behavior.

I worked in restaraunts/bars/hotels/catering for over 10 years. I would never then or now behave like any of these assholes who work on US based airlines do, even with all the perspective working in the industry gave me.
