There is nothing pro-woman about Gravity. I saw it on Sunday and it was painful to sit through. It's beautifully composed. One of the more visually arresting films I have ever seen. So, yes, girl power! Main character who's a woman. But honestly, what was with her taking of her space suit and revealing she was only wearing a tank top and short-shorts underneath? The "strong" woman main character still has to have at least one sexy outfit on in the movie, is what I got out of that.
