I gotta say, I just don’t get the lack of props given for GiGi’s stellar performance this ep; from her thoroughly unshakable confidence in the walk-through when Ru passive-aggressively plays ‘the External Saboteur,’ (which elicited a very meme-able tongue pop from Vanjie) to her slaying it as a fucking ‘sassy robot’,

I can’t speak to the cop, but I assume the construction robot was programmed to keep an eye on Caleb when they were working together (as basic safety “don’t let your human partner fall”), saw him tottering, and followed its programming without having any idea of the context.

I don’t know that Delores was behind Caleb’s abduction, but she was there in time to see that he wasn’t going to give her up.

You seemingly missed the conversation between Dolores and her assistant where Serac doesn’t seem to have any physical presence anywhere, which is leading to theories that maybe he isn’t real.

That’s an interesting take on Serac. There’s also the fact that Ford himself said human minds could live uncorrupted in virtual reality.

I loved the image of Dolores and HostHale together. The way they were negative of each other - blonde in black and brunette in white. This show always loved the symbolism of those colours as foreshadowing so those this make Dolores the black hat of this season? Is it foreshadowing about whoever is in Hale becoming

Still miss Sakura. Feel bad for Nicky, because I could tell she was really trying, but humor doesn’t translate well, so I understood her language trouble. Britta was OK at first, but she’s turning into a mean and entitled contestent. Her outfit was all over the place. I couldn’t tell it was supposed to be a Red Riding

Brita has joined the grand tradition of established, popular queens struggling on Drag Race.

Aiden was also where she belonged imo. Her performance was good and her runway was fine (that wig though). Just because she’s overall not as polished doesn’t mean she belongs in the bottom for every challenge (see: Shangela, Jiggly, Joslyn etc.)

I love Aiden’s face done up tho, and she’s weirdly memorable in some instances, like the bee mini challenge lol. But her runway looks need a lot of work, and you’re right that her frustration is completely merited.

I hated seeing everybody reassuring Brita about how great she was during Untucked, because she simply wasn’t. The look was awful, the performance was bland, and she’s just not as good as she thinks she is. Sure Aiden deserved to be in the bottom, but Brita was still right where she belonged

The Elvis look was great in concept but I think it feel apart in the execution

After some of the truly unbearable scripted challenges they’ve had recently, I was really pleasantly surprised by the main challenge. It was more dependant on performance than the minimal writing, but overall this might be the most adept cast at acting we’ve had in years, without a total trainwreck performance.

Stan Heidi. After that UnTucked there is really no choice in the matter.

I definitely think at this point in Drag Race - with so many seasons and queens on who have watched and get that the show wants to create both tension and narratives - the girls are clocking that Aiden was kept to be an agitant and are feeling extra pressed at how they see it.

The child’s face everywhere is definitely creepy, but I just find the music too harsh and distracting.

There is a big tech sector attitude of “you can work whichever 90 hours a week you want”.

That is exactly what they meant. You can work any hours you want. Just put in your 40 and get work done.

I don’t know if it’s an actual phobia, but I’m violently disoriented/disturbed by gigantic statuary. In person and obviously viewing them in images. I get dizzy and extremely anxious. So, YEAH. Enough with the giant kid.

My theory, having only seen episode 1 (SPOILER ALERT)....
