I agree with the spirit of everything you say, except for the one small detail about nominating female justices. Sandra Day O’Connor was a Reagan appointee, after all.
Yeah, this is how it works. I’ve made a small killing on my stock options. Even if you don’t want to play the longterm game, you can sell at every payout, and still make more than you would have otherwise.
Man, these new seasons of Silicon Valley getting more and more surreal.
“then some raw steaks to eat with the Frosted Flakes?”
Excuse me. That would be “two-time” defending champs Zaza Pachulia and JaVale McGee. Put some respect on that.
:(
I love Liam, but, uh....
If most super hero movies are as good as this movie is, then no, we SHOULDN’T get rid of them.
The language states he ordered them at the same time. If you are being served, and in the course of the seating had two beers, you say “I had/drank two beers.” That implies two beers were ordered over the evening. “I ordered two beers” clearly means two beers were ordered simultaneously.
Oh, I do agree with you. I was just backing up your statement.
Their gear and crew transportation costs would make that unfeasable. They’re probably asking closer to at least a 50k guarantee per set at festivals. I know for a fact that BUSH of all bands commanded a ~30K guarantee per gig touring the midwest a few years ago. This might be in comparison to the festival headliner,…
HAIM wouldn’t be a headliner at festivals Metallica headlines. I could see them being mainstage main support, or closing act on a side stage. HAIM would be on par with, say, The National, who I would see commanding 75K-150K. Metallica is probably commanding at least a half million to bother showing up.
There’s only enough space for one dad on that roster.
Zangief really should wear a mouthguard when he’s in the ring. He could chip a tooth.
That must be a rough and joyless existence to be unable to appreciate great talent just because the person displaying it comes from privilege. Everybody knows all this about Steph and Klay’s upbringings, yet neither of them seems to come across as particularly entitled or elitist assholes. I certainly wish I had the…
So, uhh. What’s.. what’s going on with this exchange here, Mr Burner?
Hell, the other Splash Brother from another mother’s father was also an NBA player.
As a Belge, I can say we would get along.
Kinda funny coming from Chuck. He hates the Warriors style of ball, but Green is really the one guy on the Warriors roster who still somewhat plays the physical, in-your-face, style that Chucks seems to miss, and was himself known for.
