The language states he ordered them at the same time. If you are being served, and in the course of the seating had two beers, you say “I had/drank two beers.” That implies two beers were ordered over the evening. “I ordered two beers” clearly means two beers were ordered simultaneously.

HAIM would be on par with, say, The National, who I would see commanding 75K-150K. Metallica is probably commanding at least a half million to bother showing up.
