And that's something I dislike. I prefer to have everything rated in comparison to its peers. I may not actually do this sort of thing, but I like the idea of "I will watch one show tonight, which is the best?"

Yeah, times were different back in the late 80s when I first saw it. You might have been able to catch it on TV back then, but more often than not it became a rental in my family. When it started airing all the time it became a little weird. Like this odd, fun little movie that nobody else knew about was suddenly now

Man, I hate it when numerous events happen in my life. Especially when they happen separately from the lives of others.

Let's not forget Dr. Detroit!

Now it would be if my cable service actually included Sundance. Along with IFC it remains stuck in one of those additional packages where you pay a bunch of money to get one or two channels you actually want.

Honestly, I regret phrasing it that way. It was pretty dickish and I apologize. My intent behind saying it was that listening to someone speak is often much more time consuming than reading.

Did people really care about teasers for the next episode of Breaking Bad that much? I always dislike when a show even has them right at the end because I might accidentally see part of one and have the next episode spoiled for me.

In my mind the worst trend is the continuance of late-night talk shows. They're largely just an opportunity to let celebrities promote crap with little redeeming content. If the people appearing on them actually possess any sort of talent (i.e. Conan, I honestly can't think of anyone else out there who isn't terrible)

Count me as the other. I absolutely loved Dr. Katz in particular, but after watching the first season of Bob's Burgers it just never went anywhere and felt like a hugely missed opportunity to me.

What part of fanservice is the overpowering teen drama?

I feel like I must be the only person who still knows Bill Nye better from re-runs of Almost Live! on Comedy Central in the early 90s than from anything even remotely science related. He'll always be Speedwalker to me.

Yes, but I have no idea what any of those shows are even remotely about, why you like them, or how I could go about viewing them from that small amount of information.

Black Frasier.

Hey, some of us are unemployed!

Or it might just help you find out about the best Viking food in town.

I wish I could just read this. It certainly wouldn't take ten minutes. Videos like this just serve to waste my time.

Unless it's two ladies.

He didn't have to. He's the Emperor's protégé. It was secretly teaching you about how you'll never succeed in life due to nepotism.

Sounds a bit like the very forgettable Dirty, Sexy Money.

As do I. Reminds me slightly of the Jeeves and Wooster story in League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: Black Dossier the Lovecraftian "What Ho, Gods of the Abyss!"
