People who don’t want to wait for a game to be shipped to them or someone who is looking to save a little money with a used version. Though I would say these days its not even worth buying used from GS because its barely cheaper than new.

Shit corp trainers at McDonalds start at a 100k a year and that is for training store level employees.

Manger gets paid more, so this way they can just rehire some other poor sap for less money.

Well seeing that they don’t have a ton of them in the back it doesn’t take long to find the right one that matches. I understand why they do it that way, it prevents the grab and run theft of the system.

Oh at this point it’s blatant that they are doing it not because of the “economy” but so that next year to the shareholder “look we made even more money by not paying salary and benefits and making the survivors do even more work!”

Yeah it seems all OLED laptops suffer from the same problem of not so great improvement for battery life, while they look great, the only way to help improve battery life would be try to run in dark mode on everything you could, even then I doubt it would help much.

Oh I’m sure the 1.5 million fine is really going to sting seeing that most corporations of their size spend that much on just office supplies. I swear the FTCs fines are just fucking useless, this wasn’t even a slap on the wrist more like a flick of pinky finger.

Well not to mention they don’t exactly have snow and salt trucks to help make the roads passable like they do here in the Midwest.

Yeah well I’m still happy to know that we no longer user her company’s software in our I.T. department anymore. It frees me up to focus on telling the Saleforce reps no when they show up at my door.

Last I heard Canada is not doing so well with their universal health care system, while we are suffering some of the same issues as they are with shortages its no where near as bad as theirs.

Oh I can’t wait to see what nightmare inducing bugs will come with this expansion. Not to mention all of the down right wrong things players will cook up.

Kind of can’t blame Green Lantern, KFC quality has gone down the tubes over the years, its a merciful death by his hands.

Wow the cringe is strong with that......

Yeah I said it was a bad idea when the IPO went live for this group and looks like it turns out to be true. Investing in a company that has no already in place deals on how to be regularly profitable is always a bad look. eSports was always going to be a bubble since it caters to younger gens which is a fickle crowd

I think in this one they did it well with Isaac talking, he only interacts when spoken to and is not just randomly commenting to himself while he fights.  The only other time I heard him speak while in combat is when he runs out of ammo mid battle.

If you are going to go with the 2008 version I would heavily suggest you at least download the mod that fixes the control issues, if you don’t its dam near unplayable in its default state.

Totally agree Ori was great up until I made to the end and just called it a day. The difficulty spike went through the roof on the last level. I just ended up watching the ending on YouTube because I was not going to keep bashing my head against that wall.

Steam forums have always been a cease pool on popular games its always best to avoid them. The new Dead Space remake has all the same people crying about price and “woke” there too.

I don’t doubt there is a good game in there, but man did they just blow it with the lack luster opening. Players shouldn’t have to slog through a dull beginning to get through to the good parts. That’s just bad by design, you want to pull your audience  in with a game like this in the beginning.

I guess you would have to have played the OG version in order to truly appreciate what the remake dose. They improved controls, redid some of the weapons with new secondary functions. They also redid some of the more annoying parts of the OG game, anyone who played it remembers the super annoying asteroid chapter.
