I’m not clear on how, “He won because it was outside the statute of limitations,” is a more accurate description than, “He won because he’d already paid the guy for his idea.”

I saw it in the theater and really enjoyed it. DS9 is still my favorite, and I think the best, Star Trek show.

Problem are the special effects. They’d have to be reshot. 

I’m not sure how one would follow up to DS9 in particular (besides basing it on the station, I guess.)  I do think they should make a show in the spirit of DS9, though.  They should revisit the exploration of non-Federation societies, the big political story, and the lives of non-Star Fleet people.

Or even do a Kickstarter to fund a remaster.

I would love to help Paramount/CBS organize footage for an 4K scan of the show. I would damn near do it for free, get about ten of us, and we could get it ready for scanning in about a year.

Best moment of Black Panther is the casino fight, and probably all the scenes that surround it on both sides, too. There is no justice in a world where Ryan Coogler doesn’t get hired to direct the next Bond movie after that. None.
