As I understand their plan was to lure out Tony etc in order to steal the Quinjet, that’s why Scott was hidden in Cap’s shield and Hawkeye was ready to de-web Cap at a moments notice.

I like the theory that Cap feels it give slightly and decides to pretend he isn’t able to lift it either, as not to make himself appear more worthy than his peers/humiliate Thor.

Time travel dude

I’d argue Spider-Verse is just as meaningful, but the animated medium largely prevented it being taken seriously as Best Picture material, especially when coupled with the superhero genre.

Not a cocktail

Her attitude is entirely out of order and reason enough to send it back, inform them that you wouldn’t like another one made and pay for only your starter and/or drinks (and one of the rare instances you shouldn’t feel bad stiffing a server on their tip), but the underlying concept I don’t exactly disagree with.

A general rule of thumb is anything with citrus, syrup, or egg white should be shaken. There are a few exceptions (mojitos spring to mind) to the citrus and syrup rule, but anything with egg white, or a whole egg, must be shaken, preferably once over ice (wet) and once without (dry).

Is that actor the (what I assume to be) love interest for Alita? I do plan on seeing this in the cinema but judging from the trailer he seemed to be the weakest link in the film.

The ‘We will deep fry your kebab’ sign in that sequence got the loudest laugh at my screening in Edinburgh. Although the 60" 4K TV in said kebab shop was by far the most unrealistic element in the entire film.

Oh fuck off with the whole equating Hart to Gunn schtick. The only similarity between the two is that they lost a gig over tweets made years ago, the differences between the two situations are numerous and important. The actions and deliberations of their employers in each case was entirely different, the actions of

I prefer ‘Faux-jito’ personally.

Hopefully The Mandalorian is an exception, with Disney allowing a more adult show on the service purely as a way to market Disney+.

Disney also have a majority share in Hulu now and have announced plans to expand the service into international markets, I can see them using Disney+ for their largely family friendly main content and putting anything that is overtly adult on Hulu.

Just Simmons...

They were presumably there in case Dex turned on Fisk for whatever reason, Felix has been mentioning his concern over Dex’s mental state so presumably they were there to kill Dex and dispose of the body in case something went wrong.

As far as I know Punisher Season 2 is either currently filming or has already wrapped production, so at least there’s one more season.
