This guy is clearly an old: the 0.08% rule became nationwide in 2000.

Like Draymond, the Deadspin commentariat has never been known to shy away from the low-hanging fruit.

That was a risky click on my work computer.

I’m sure it was eclectic, rustic, fun, casual, and intimate.

For Christ’s sake: they have a salary cap. They have a luxury tax. They have revenue sharing. They have a ruleset designed so that the team that drafted a player can, should it desire to, always make him the most financially lucrative offer. What tools do you want them to use?

Don’t give Hinkie what he actively pursued. And the Cards are the worst, but not the worst.

Are you serious? Do you understand sports at all? The margin of error is so small, you can’t possibly believe that this was not the single most important factor in the outcome of this series.

On the one hand, I’m siked we don’t have to deal with a full summer of “LeBron isn’t a ‘winner’” hot takes.

Let’s go through these 1 at a time:

If you are going to tell me Kevin Garnett and Jason Kidd are not Hall of Famers, I dont think I can convince you of anything

Wouldn’t a statistical sampling of players based on how they did in Japan vs. how they did in MLB only be judging the Japanese league by their very best players? To get the real strength of the league wouldn’t it be better to do it the other way around and compare the guys who wash out of MLB and then go to Japan?

I think it’s pretty well established at this point, that LeBron is not an asshole, but rather, a bitch.

All things even, Lebron is the one who put his balls on Green’s head. Very rarely do I agree with Barkley, but Lebron was asking for a cup check with the step-over.

Wow you can extrapolate this out too, the average W% for all playoff teams was 61.5% in the regular season, but only 50% in the playoffs. Uncanny.

Joey Votto is doing God’s work there.

First Law Of Takes: A take shall remain in effect until its retraction is demanded by a more powerful organization.

Irving is the most overrated player in the league. He can look great against a shitty team, but matched up against quality and the massive holes in his game on both ends get exposed every time. He should go to NY where he and Melo can put up great stats while going 30-52 every year.
