People keep saying Dion Waiters should not have been inbounding the ball, but I am convinced Donovan had Waiters inbound the ball just so there was no way Waiters could be the one the ball was inbounded to.

But why wouldn’t you want the league to at least attempt to police what players can put into their bodies? Half the fun of any sport is watching these freaks of human development accomplish feats that the average person couldn’t even dream of doing. I like watching Byce Harper and Giancarlo Stanton hitting massive…
I love the idea of a combine cooking contest. I also love the idea of all you media idiots trying to break down how it affects draft stock.
I will never agree with a comment like this on the sole factor that it is simply in human nature to get better over time. Basketball players are bigger, faster, stronger, and more athletic than they were 20 years ago, it’s just a fact. All athletes are, its why in sports that set measuring markers (track, swimming,…
If you really think that, you must have been a Cubs fan for the last two months, which makes you the worst.
I love these two together. They’re so angry at everyone, and they’re not afraid to show it. Plus they're super fun to watch. I hope Durant signs a one year deal with OKC. Not only is it smarter financially, but he really should give this thing he has with Russell one more shot regardless of the outcome of this year.
Every team in the NBA does this. Hell, the Spurs are the best team in the league at getting away with moving screens. It's really not a big deal.
Reds had gone 35 years without being no hit in the regular season. Roy Halladay got em in the 2010 playoffs. Being a Reds fan is fun.
WOOOOOSH
I don't know about you, but shit from grade school sports made for great college bragging rights. I brought my inside the infield home run on 4 throwing errors more than once, but my buddy who caught a pop fly with his dick out cause he was peeing in the outfield in 1st grade definitely took home first prize.
So much this. Also I think he owes it to himself and Russell to play this thing they have together out. Give it one more shot next year and if it doesn’t work they can leave together, but don't break the top duo in the game before you have to.
Yeah, the article misses the most important part of the play. The throw, while very strong, was inaccurate and late. If Bruce could do what every little leaguer in the country could and slide properly, he beats the throw comfortably.
But 60 points on 50 shots isn’t really that bad. He was 22 of 50 and had true shooting % of like 54, which is above league average. I get that if some of the better players in this game took 50 shots they would approach 80 or 90, but this is an old broken man who played very well in his last game. People love talking…
60 points on 22 of 50 isn't mediocre. And the truly amazing part about Kobe's performance was that nobody could have seen it coming. The combination of his shooting performance and minutes played came out of no where for this year's Kobe. Also Kobe was at 45 points with just over 3 minutes to go, and then he closed it…
This such a lazy, dickish, response. You’re trash.
And the lesson, as always, is sometimes tweet?
Even Kobe haters could never hate as hard as Kobe.
If you seriously think the Warriors aren’t more fun than the Spurs then you are exactly the kind of “adult” I’m glad I’m not. This not a knock on the Spurs, me giving them 10-15 points is my way of saying they single handedly bring the league 10% closer to being perfect. But the Warriors bring so much more to this…
Sure the Spurs make it more entertaining, but it’s mostly the Warriors. On a fun scale of 1-100 the Spurs are worth 10-15 points on their own but the Warriors are worth like 50 on their own, and this season is about as close to a perfect 100 a regular season can get because of them.
This is a bad sports take.
