The Stig is a bunch of drivers, we seen their different driving styles, body shape, height.

@koi: I doubt he can beat the FXX car in any other car that isn't a real racer.

I predict it going to be one stig for the season opening, lets face it, the stig isn't one person, throughout the seasons we saw slightly different driving styles, height, body shape, walking style, etc.
