That’s because POTG is not always based on the number of kills. There is a “Shutdown” subtitle you get on POTG sometimes, where a player kills an enemy just as they trigger their ultimate. Somehow the algorithm actually predicts how many people might have died from the ultimate, and adds that to the player’s score. So

Yeah...after I saw the “Previously On” for this episode, I started thinking about Greyscale as well. I remembered that Princess Shireen was infected, but somehow they halted the spread. Made me hopeful that Jorah will find a cure somewhere, or at least be able to halt the progression.

They may be immune to normal fire, but probably not dragon’s fire. Jon shattered one of them with his Valyrian sword in Hardhome, and Valyrian steel was originally made by forging the steel with dragon’s fire. So it’s possible the reason Valyrian steel is effective against White Walkers is because it possesses some

Yeah if you have some form of indirrect fire, it’s usually not a problem to kill a turret. But as a Pharah, Soldier76, McCree, Tracer, etc...you can have a hard time.

The only issue I have with Torbjorn is the turret never misses. It has zero rotation time, and perfect accuracy with a hitscan weapon. I feel like there should either be rotation time between targets, or some element of randomness to each shot. Right now, it’s very difficult for some heroes to kill the turret solo,

To be fair though...this is not the average Genji experience. No doubt, seagull is one of the best players, period. But Genji does require a certain amount of support from teamates to succeed like this. You need a competant healer that is willing to chase after you sometimes, and a decent tank to fallback on when you

I don’t think it’s dying...but it is struggling for sure. Right now, you can order a HTC Vive, and have it shipped to you in a few weeks. Their supply chain has basically caught up to the demand. Oculus however is still 2+ months delayed on shipments.

It’s like...for years you’ve been selling this chocolate cake at your bakery. Everyone loves it, tastes great. Then one day, you stop selling chocolate cake and now you sell vanilla cake...but you still call it chocolate cake.

Seems fine to let recent reviews bomb a game, especially when an update changes the game significantly. But that also means recent reviews can elevate a game back to it’s rightful status, once the game is adjusted/corrected.

Meh, people have different interests. Eastern MMOs certainly have some good qualities, but they have problems too. As far as game mechanics and technical ability, Western MMOs are far better. Eastern MMOs have terrible netcode, and a lot of them don’t even let you customize your control scheme. And the character

With the supply shortages and shipping issues, I would say the proper course of action is not to wait, but to pre-order BOTH. That at least saves you a place in line. Even if you ordered a Rift today, you won’t get it until August/September.

Just wait until you see what happens when you attach 5 sentries to one of the basketballs in the start area, and kick it into the enemies...

The Vive situation is a little better, since the lighthouse stations are ‘dumb’, and all the tracking sensors are in the headset and controllers. Oculus is the inverse, where the tracking sensors are in the IR cameras. So the lighthouse stations just need to be plugged into the closest power outlet, but the Oculus IR

Oculus Touch requires you to buy a second IR camera for the Rift. From what I’ve read, it seems like you can buy as many IR cameras as you want and it will increase tracking accuracy for each additional one. But the Touch will require a minimum of 2.

I got my update late last night...moved from April to July 4-14. Still waiting for shipping info for my HTC Vive pre-order...

I was watching some Twitch streams this weekend, and I thought how amazing it would be if you could spectate esport arena games with the Vive. Basically, the entire arena for LOL/Dota/etc would be mapped to the floor of your play-space, and you could walk around and watch the entire match as if it were a large board

I was watching some Twitch streams today (mainly Paragon and Overwatch), and I was thinking...”You know, e-sports spectating would be AMAZING with VR”. Basically, the entire arena would be like a giant boardgame/stage, and you could walk around in it, ducking and leaning to watch the individual players.

This made me think....If you were the Flash, and you had to create a tornado by running in a circle...wouldn’t you be bored AF? To the normal world, it would only take you a few minutes to generate the tornado. But from your perspective, wouldn’t you be running in circles for hours?

Funny...I haven’t had a chance to start The Division yet because of BDO...

Has a list been compiled yet identifying which VR games will be exclusive to Rift, and which ones are “cross-platform” for the HTC Vive? (feels weird saying that about PC games...).
