I know this is an obvious and the game hasn't officially been "cancled" but The Last Guardian.

It.. .was one of the most high profile kickstarter disasters. The game failed to be funded twice, One of the lead designers I think was later arrested or in court for child pornography charges?

I find it funny that "Hannah Montanna" is the nadir of Disney Channel Original Sitcom. A couple of years ago I was more or less a nanny to a girl with downs syndrome who was absolutely obsessed with that show. I've seen the entire series at least three times. I've seen the movie like 10 times.

The massive amount of hatred that Alanis Morissette conjures up will be one of those things that will always baffle me. Well, from reading the article it seems that most of it was written, performed, and produced by only two people (for the most part.) The artist and one producer.

I'm honestly fine with playing a game in parts. If that means I get a great game, the developers get to make what they want, spend their time on it, get paid, and NOT work themselves to death I am all for it.

Even a charitable interpretation as your are suggesting… it still using bombing of Hiroshima as the structure in which to demonstrate it. There is no way to frame this as anything but disgusting.

Bit of a long comment — so I apologize!

It is doubly frustrating because… faith has been and CAN BE a wonderful source of compelling and powerful stories. I used to be a rather devout christian and.. it honestly hurts to see something with such a huge, stirring, and complex story and history being boiled down to this truly disgusting schmaltz.
