ACA is tabloid news at best. Most stories are about rising supermarket or fuel prices, or dodgy tradesmen ripping off the elderly.
Every other week they'll have a story on hoons.

you've heard wrong.
Australia may have pockets of homophobia (and no nation in the world can claim to be completely homophobia free) but it is far far from the institutionalized homophobia rampant in Russia.
you'd hope so. I don't think the design has gone that far ahead, but I imagine from here they would tender the design process to several manufacturers.
relying on reverse thrust from the compressor is a bad idea, the fan would be the most likely part to fail.
I really really hope it gets built and works though,…
yeah.. if the air hockey puck generated it's own lift.
I'm not sure what happens if the compressor fan fails and the capsule no longer creates lift. Or how they plan on slowing the capsules down if there's a blockage.
I'd feel safer if the lift was provided by maglev..
tube yes, pneumatic no. Too much energy would be required to pump enough air through the a tube of that size and length. (Musk addresses this in his alpha paper)
perhaps its a virtual machine, and/or they're just using windows classic theme.
don't rule out the Camaro coming here to compete with the Mustang. Especially if V8 Supercars allows 2 doors. We won't get them in big numbers, but they're at risk of losing all the cashed up bogans and executives completely to Merc, BMW or Audi.
But you're right otherwise, HSV won't be the same. They may just be more…
HSV isn't completely in-house though. It's at least 50% Walkinshaw, and they might continue making tuned versions of whatever new Holden comes along.
not yet, the XR6 Turbo will continue to be offered until 2016.
I'm sure the engineers and scientists behind the design will take your extensive knowledge under advisement.
Emma Hack, the girl behind that Gotye clip did it last year for a safety commercial.
Where are you getting your data from?
recent studies by FAS show the stockpile and reserve estimates are roughly similar between US and Russia.

The leone wagon predates the Simca-Matra Rancho by 6 years... So I guess the argument is down to determining if the Leone wagon is in fact a crossover.. and that's a really hard genre to define.

did you check Wikipedia for that fact? It incorrectly cites this as fact, it even links to an article that mentions that the 'generic' engine hasn't technically been developed.

c'mon man, James Dean crashed because a car coming the other way didn't see him and turned into his lane, not because of driver skill (or lack thereof).
I have taken the liberty of drafting the first legislation in regards to the driverless car.

destroy a V6 one and ship me the 2GR-FE when you're finished.
I need one for my MR2
Subaru invented the compact SUV in 2002?
any excuse to post an SVX is a good excuse.
