How do you somehow make yourself believe it to be fair? 99% of all console users, will have a controller. Most have it on a TV in their living room, so having a keyboard and mouse would be really impractical to use, unless you had some sort of set up.

Competitive mode is locked out until you reach level 25, anyway. So if he did want to try out the competitive this season he’ll need to play a bunch anyway.
