The only thing keeping you on the road is the tire. Skimp on anything else but not the tire. 60 bucks for a tire sucks. That being said, I know people who have found great tires on Craigslist and the like. The tires have a few miles on them and are great but for whatever reason, they needed to sell them. Worth an

I cried over my dad when watching a west wing episode about a year after he passed. I cried over my mom at the final episode of bsg - the one where starbuck just disappears.

I had a run in with an officer a few months who liked to use the word Fuck in reference to what I should do. I was shocked. I thought I was going to get arrested and I was not in the wrong. He was also about my size, about 30 lbs lighter than me and sporting a serious attitude.

Only the southern bears enjoy their humans spicy. Northern bears prefer the smell of Deet.

I bet you’ve never killed someone, sold drugs, gotten into a high speed chase, shoplifted or mugged someone either.

Apparently you don’t stand while in the bathroom either....

Might I introduce you to Huma Abedin who just asked for leniancy for her former husband who sent naked photos to an underage female. Not to make a political comment or anything of the sort but let’s face it, they are all around us and they live among us. You just never ever know what goes through a person’s mind. And

And then there are the yachts.

Now that’s a brilliant idea. Imagine all these cars just floating in bubbles around the city.

How can you tell though. I’m thinking looking at the vin and just finding out if the last owner was in Houston is a given sign that this car was in this flood. But other than that - buy the car on a hot and humid summer day?

Now THAT’S an idea - I bet you could pick up some sweet rides that would be ideally suited for racing.

Tires and rims must be in great shape. Tack on things like doors that still would need to be rewired and maybe the windows? Anything plastic but that shit’s not expensive anyway. Perhaps brake pads, rotors, axle, anything that’s underneath the car. Bumpers...all things normally exposed to the elements.

This is akin to testing the germs of the subway and public restrooms with swabs and petri dishes. Sometimes what’s unknown is safest.

From what I understanding, having a beer with W would have resulted in you having the night of your life but the morning of hell because you were both arrested for public intoxication.

Unemployment is low, disability is super high.

How about 15 dollars an hour, full healthcare, plus 4 per hour for retirement.

That’s a great link. I’m just spitballing ideas on how to reuse the cars which might by salvageable. Not all but maybe 10%. That’s 50k

Will each car cost more or less than 25k to refurbish all expenses in?That’s the question. And these people are on disability or unemployment.

Some of these cars are 100% submerged but those with a little damage to the carpet that are maybe in a foot of water will also be totaled. Those are the ones I’m speaking about.

Yes are you? I’m talking about the folks who are on “disability” because they can’t get a job in their area.
