It will be poetic justice, and loved by all outside NE, when patriots schadenfreude day comes, and the Pats and Niner’s have re-created their 1990 records.

This is why it would be a good bar question: the “illegality” argument works to potentially negate two elements (and we agree that the K is void if the “illegality” is found).
This would be a spectacular bar exam question, and I kind of pity the research attorney who has to work up the proposed order for the judge.
That’s actually pretty common these days - lots of parents pull a “redshirt kindergarten,” particularly for boys, so they can easily be 19 in H/S. It can be because boys are emotionall/educationally slower to develope than girls (true in my personal experience), or for sports reasons (shouldn’t be the reason, but…

Never heard of her before, but her absurd hyperbole could be because she is a tool:
No criminal charges because of the statute of limiations (there’s more on the JVA “suspension” in that article, too):
Thanks.
Thanks for the context - I kept wondering why AAU was a part of this story, as all our tourneys are USAV affiliated (boys / So Cal VA, which I *think* is by far the largest regional VA by number of clubs/participants), and the big deal seems to be the JO’s, which are USAV.
